Double room in new, tidy flat

I am a gay, healthcare professional with a spare room to rent. Looking for gay or straight roommate who is very tidy, considerate and clean. I live 50% time abroad so you will have the flat to yourself often. I am willing to negotiate price if you only need it during the week. The flat is a 3 min boat ride away from Canary Wharf on the Clipper and a 10 min walk to Surrey Quays station or 15 min walk to Canada Water station and the Jubilee line. It has concierge, lift and a good gym!

It comes with gym access, Netflix, wifi, bike storage. All bills paid for except cleaner which is £20 a fortnight each, council tax and £35 each pcm in electricity. The flat and room are fully furnished, including a double bed and wardrobe, and you are welcome to use everything in the kitchen as your own.

A bit about me:

I work in a hospital, not at home. So you would have the flat to yourself most days. Although Tuesdays are my day off. The living room is not an office, but I am totally happy for it to be used as one while I am not home (most days). But if I am home cooking or want to watch tv you should be happy to work from your bedroom to give me a bit of space too.

Guests are welcome on occasion but I am a quite and respectful guy and do not bring guests often myself. I guess its about being respectful and letting each other know. I work in a busy hospital so I do also enjoy some peace and quiet to recharge at home.

I guess the main things for me is 1. the common areas need to be left tidy and clean, 2. I go to sleep around 2300-0800 and I am quite a light sleeper so I appreciate people who are mindful of that, I am very respectful of others' sleep too! and 3. I like people not to damage my flat! lol Its quite new. Otherwise I am pretty chilled.
