Hello!

I'm going away in January – February 2022 and I'm looking to sublet my room for those two months.

The room is a large en-suite double with a big balcony attached.

It's a peaceful sanctuary in a stunning modern development complex close to the beautiful Surrey Dock and within easy walking distance to supermarkets and the Surrey Quays and Canada Water stations.

It comes with lots of amenities. The price includes:

Access to a residents gym, beautiful rooftop garden, concierge, parking, and bicycle and car garage.

The building complex also has 4 lovely cafes and restaurants and a Tesco Express and Co-op – all within a 1-3 minute walk of the apartment.

It's convenient London living.

Current housemates are two women in their 20s, French and English. Both genuinely lovely and hard-working finance professionals. It's a quiet household with a peaceful, friendly vibe.
