Hi everyone!
I'm sadly moving out of London and am looking for someone to to fill my bright and sunny room in Surrey Quays!
All the housemates are super lovely and a couple years out of school. It's a fairly calm space, someone's always got something exciting going on.
The double room is fully furnished (bed, desk & chair, shelves, the wardrobe isn't pictured as these are old photos but I promise there is one!). There's a small Juliet balcony, and the door-windows let in plenty of light!
The living room and kitchen are also furnished, and the house has a washing machine. The house is in a gated courtyard, so it feels very secure and, bonus, there are more trees around than you find in some London areas!
It's about a 7 minute walk to the Surrey Quays overground and less than 15 to Canada Water tube station and the Jubilee line.
There are multiple food shops nearby, plenty of takeaway options and cafes, and a 24-hour shop just on the corner.
Rent is £625pcm on its own, bills are typically £50-60 per month.
We're a super welcoming house so please do reach out if you're interested! (Happy to do virtual or in person viewings if wanted. Also have a video of the space I can't upload here but am happy to share.) I've found this a great spot in London to live and so wish I didn't have to leave!
