A double room available in two bed flat for short term lets of up To August 2026 (4 months). The short stayer will have the entire use of the flat for themselves only.

Flat in quiet residential street. Bus stop two mins walk away and Surrey Quays/Canada Water station are about 10 and 12 min walk, much shorter on the bus.
Looking for a quiet clean short term tenant.
Flat is furnished; fast WiFi, cable tv, washing machine, open plan living area, three piece bathroom suite.
Room has a double bed, in built wardrobe, chest of drawers, table and chair.
Bills inclusive in rent and deposit is £700. Rent is for a single person.
