Friendly and fun house looking for a new flatmate

This house has it all! Great travel links (1 min), easy access to a big Tesco and shopping centre (2 min), a beautiful park on your doorstep (2 min), close proximity to the Thames (8 min), and 4 amazing housemates!

We are a 5 bedroom house with a private landlord who is lovely, with all housemates having lived here for longer than 2 years.

Whilst obviously not a requirement, we love hanging out together (even have a house dnd) and are all friends.

A cleaner every two weeks is paid for by the landlord so there is no need for a cleaning rota for the bathrooms and kitchen etc, all we ask is you clean up after yourself in communal areas. The one thing the landlord does ask is that everyone pays for a carpet clean of their room annually.

We have a little terrace out the back (with a BBQ!) and a bright living room/kitchen area that benefits from lots of natural light.

We host an annual themed Halloween party and are cool for people to host other social things: e. g. Summer BBQ's, games nights etc.

Rent is £611 plus bills which is currently £80ish pounds per month. This includes electricity & gas, and council tax. There is also an upfront water/broadband/tv licence cost of £98 for the year (if leaving earlier, the next tenant will cover this).

We are 2 guys, a non-binary and a gal. We’re all busy professionals who enjoy watching TV & sports together (we’ve got all the major entertainment channels and a playstation 5), exploring the outdoors (drinks & sports in the park), and hosting the odd bash at our house.

Ideally, we’re looking for a sociable girl (to balance out the house and match the house vibes) who wants to make this place their home. You’d be living on the ground floor and sharing the separated shower & loo with the other girl. Move in is from 20th December, potentially earlier but can discuss.
