Spacious Houseboat - Small Single Room

For rent here we have a small single in my new home. Although the room is small there is much communal space allowing for privacy throughout the day. A large kitchen space and large living area keep the living space well connected and open.

Me and my partner have lived together for the last 2 years now and are looking to rent out to the unlucky soul willing to put up with us.

She is our new home so changes will be made over the coming months/years as we progress with her improvements so do keep this is mind that we may be changing things around in the near future. But the room shall remain the same if desired.

We are situated in a great area with easy travel links, take outs and restaurants.
10 minutes to the overground and 15 to the tube.

Please bear in mind we have a very gentle 13yr old American Staffie who'd love nothing more than a new friend to move in. Pets are welcome but of course we would need to see if they would get on before committing to anything.

Rent is inclusive of ALL BILLS.
