Friendly, clean and quiet flat - great location!

Quiet all girls flat looking for a 4th musketeer to join our gentle merry bunch!

The flat/room itself: The room is a small double room with a double bed, a giant wardrobe, a bedside table and a little desk. The carpet was changed in June!

The flat has two bathrooms as well as neat double-glazed windows, a few green plants including a cactus named Panchito and a small peperomi called Peperoni. It's a clean flat, where we have a weekly cleaning rota – we’re a nice tidy bunch haha! There's also a spacious living room with comfy sofas that doubles up as yoga space, a big kitchen and a balcony where we actually get sun! Internet and council tax are included in the rent, with the rest of bills coming to about £75 on top per month plus TV license to pay once a year.

Move in date would be around 10th September

The flatmates: Flatmates like to sometimes sit together and chat about our days (tasty food, korean drama, art, feels related to books, TV shows and video games, wellness, mindfulness or the meaning of life), and are really welcoming and lovely. We're a little bunch of hardworking slightly introverted grannies with a good sense of humor and a big heart. Overall, it's a relaxed and fun flat of great gals in their late twenties/early thirties – a Frenchie, a Malaysian and a Spanish gal. The main language in the flat is English. We're looking for a fourth girl to join us.

The area: The flat is nearby to Canada Water and Surrey Quays station. There's a bus that'll take you straight to Canada Water from just outside the flat, and it's really well-connected by bus and tube to central and south London. The area is really green and pretty too, and only a 10min bus ride from Greenwich. There's a shopping centre, a massive Tesco extra 5 minutes from the flat, as well as a Lidl, Tesco-express, Co-op, Sainsbury's, a few coffee shops, and an Italian deli around the corner. We're near a yoga studio, a pilates studio, and 2 gyms - including one with access to open water swimming!
Also a high street with chippys and Vietnamese, Indian, Korean, Japanese and Mexican food options. We’re a foody flat, can you tell?
