Newly furnished en-suite room

My housemate is moving out with his girlfriend so his room is up for grabs! Conveniently located within 5-10min walk from trains, buses and the ferry, this newly furnished room has everything you need and is perfect to just move in with your suitcase. This is a highly secure apartment block with a 24 hour concierge, gym and balcony. Secure, underground parking is included with the rent if you have a car. Looking for a considerate, respectful and easy going housemate who is able to communicate if they are having an issues and keeps noise levels reasonable. Still adding some soft furnishings and a tv when I can. I’m 28 years old and moved from Sydney to work in insurance in London. I’m normally pretty busy with work and would like to have a social housemate of a similar age I can hang out with and explore London but also have our own downtime when needed.
