A spacious, newly furnished room is available as my current housemate is moving out with his girlfriend. The apartment is ideally located within a 5–10 minute walk of trains, buses, and the ferry, offering quick and convenient access across London.
The room is fully furnished and move-in ready, ideal for a professional looking for a high-quality, low-hassle living setup. The building is a modern, secure development with 24-hour concierge service, a residents’ gym, and a private balcony. Secure underground parking is included in the rent if required.
I’m looking for a considerate, respectful, and professional housemate who values a calm, well-maintained home, communicates openly, and keeps noise levels reasonable. I’m in the process of adding some additional soft furnishings and a TV to the shared living space.
A bit about me: I’m 28 and recently relocated from Sydney to London for work in insurance. I have a busy schedule during the week and enjoy coming home to a comfortable, well-run space. Outside of work, I love travelling — both abroad and exploring the UK — and making the most of weekends when I can.
