Double bed in Surrey Quays

Hello!

Our flatmate is moving out so we have a room available from March 6, 2026 in Surrey Quays.

We’re looking for someone tidy, kind, considerate, and mindful of noise to join our flat.

You’ll be living with two female professionals in their late 20s. We’re close friends, but we also respect each other’s space.

We enjoy cooking, going to the gym, game nights (we just started learning mahjong), reading etc.

We both have hybrid working arrangements, so ideally the new person would as well.

About the flat:

The flat is a 3 bed/2 bath (one of which is ensuite). You would be sharing the main bathroom with 1 other person. The apartment has an open-space kitchen/living room setup, balcony, and double glazed windows. The flat is quite spacious and modern, but the available room is on the smaller side. There is a storage room that can be used if needed!

Southwark Park is about a 5 minute walk (they have some tennis courts). Surrey Quays is the closest Overground station and is reached in about 10 minutes. Canada Water Underground station is about a 15-20 minute walk. There is a bus stop near the flat (bus 1, 381) that takes you to central. There is a large Tesco and Lidl near the flat (the Costcutter down the road is open 24 hours).
