The flat itself is on the 4th floor (no upstairs neighbours!). It's quite spacious with a south facing, open plan living room.
The room being advertised is a double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and an en-suite. The bedroom is east facing and currently unfurnished.
The building has a bike store, communal roof terrace, and a lift.
Local area/transport links: Close to Surrey Quays overground and ~15 mins from Canada Water. Lots of lovely local shops and amenities including an Italian deli, a yoga studio, and Greenland Dock. Further afield is Big Tesco, padel courts, and Canada Water library.
Info about bills: Council tax is ~£90. Rest of the bills are usage based currently averaging ~£70.
Info about me: I'm a 32 year old woman, full time working professional (hybrid working/office in Canary Wharf). I tend to be quite occupied with work during the week and use my weekends for yoga/tennis/relaxing.
