A bright, spacious, modern, one double bedroom available in a 2-bed apartment, in a prime location in zone two. All enquiries are welcome. Unfortunately, the adorable cat you see in the photo of the second bedroom is no longer a resident!

The apartment is fully furnished boasting two balconies. The kitchen is fully equipped (and has a coffee machine!), and there is a cozy shared living room, perfect for relaxing evenings. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and ample storage space in the full-length double wardrobe. Bedding and towels can be provided. The shared bathroom has a combined bath/shower.

Parking is always available; no permit is needed. The location is a dream, just a short 5-minute stroll to Surrey Quays overground station, with Canada Water a mere 7 minutes away on foot. South Bermondsey station is just a 9-minute walk away, which is one stop to London Bridge. And if you prefer the bus, stops are conveniently located just 5 minutes away, and is a short journey to central London or points north of the river.

There are several local gastro pubs serving up pure deliciousness! And if you're into jogging, you'll love exploring the nearby Surrey Quays docks, woodlands, and river paths. For fitness and shopping, the Surrey Quays Shopping Centre is right around the corner, including the new Canada Water Leisure Centre.

The monthly rent for each room is £1,100 per calendar month, inclusive of bills that includes WIFI with hyperoptic high-speed broadband, electricity, gas, water, and council tax.

A couple of quick notes: Unfortunately, I can't accommodate smokers or pets. Oh, and a little bit about me, I'm an avid traveller, a book lover, and your typical Londoner. When I'm not ‘jet-setting’(LOL), you can find me swimming, practicing yoga, or enjoying some quality social time.
