Can't accommodate working from home more than 2 days weekly.

This is a very quiet room at the back.. the whole house is lovely and quiet due to very very expensive glazing!

We live near deptford park and looking for a person to take a room . there are 3 of us in this 5 bed household (all f !) range of age 29 - mid 50. share bathroom with occasional guests only.

surrey quays (8 min walk) / canada water and cycle superhighway very close. . Riverboat nearby straight across to Canary Whatf and points beyond.

I suppose we’re a fairly quiet household but fun and friendly. Not looking for Party person . We have a south facing garden

Close To a Small Co op . Tesco metro and a brilliant corner shop. The huge Tesco Surrey Quays is about 10 mins walk and Greenwich Waitrose the other way.

Lots of buses, tube and overground and transport links . Also the river bus. The huge new Canada Water development (Jubilee line) is easy access. Lots of cafe's, weekend market, restaurants and more opening constantly.

Cycle highway outside so why not cycle to Borough market for your coffee beans !

Lovely Deptford park is less than 5 mins walk and the river walk close by. Lots of places to run
