We are looking for someone to take over my contract from now until the end of the tenancy in September in Marine Wharf, Surrey Quays (option to renew after)
The room
Furnished Double Room with wardrobe, desk and double bed. My flatmate is also selling a desk chair if interested. You’ll be sharing the bathroom with one other.
The flat
Modern open plan flat with all kitchen necessities, balcony, washer dryer. There is a bike shed and gym in the building too.
About us
You’ll be living with Chris, 28, a junior doctor and Danny, 24, a software engineer. We’re fairly independent but happy to socialise over a drink, board games, pubs etc!

Bills come to around £150pm.
Short walk to Surrey Quays Overground and Canada Water Jubilee Line Stations
Close to local cafes and restaurant, 1 minute to Tesco Express.
