Quirky Large Double In Big Friendly Home (Lgbtq+)

Hello! I’m renting out my room in our lovely big terraced home. Well located, insulated and great people.

Move in date can be quite flexible - i’m moving home so if you’re looking for a fast move or a few months just drop us a message!

The room is a large double, with lots of inbuilt cabinets and cupboards. It can easily fit a desk, chairs or even a sofa and still have floor space. It’s super sunny as i’m at the front of the house, so gets good lighting.

It will come fully furnished except for the desk which i’ll be taking. There is also a clothing rack I can leave if you would like this.

The House:
The house has a bathroom with tub, shower and loo, with an additional upstairs toilet too. The upstairs washroom also has a laundry room with another sink and a tumble dryer.

Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, oven, microwave and lots of storage cupboards.

Cosy living room with a sofa, chairs and a tv too, where we often watch movies or play games.

We also have a garden! Big enough to have drinks and gatherings in, it has a shed, a little bit of grass but is mainly patio. It’s a bit sad at the moment due to the weather but we jazzed it up last summer and it was perfect for bbqs.

The Housemates:
We're a group of friends who are working professionals in their 20s-30s. We hang out often but are respectful of each others space and time (especially during the week.)

We are tidy, easy-going and friendly people. Joe works at the local cinema (and loves movie marathons!) Felix is a brilliant baker (his cakes are vegan too) and Lizzie is the biggest laugh (you’ll love her.)
We would require you to be LGBTQ+ friendly.

The Area:
The house is a well connected and just a 10 minute walk from Surrey Quays station which is on the Overground. 15 mins away is Canada Water, which is on the Jubilee Line. There’s also a bus stop under 1 min from the doorstep which can take you to peckham way, or the other side of the street is straight to london bridge.

The nearest supermarket is just a 4 minute walk down the road, and there’s a 24 hr mcdonald’s and corner store less than 6 mins walk.

Area is safe, residential and friendly.
