The shared spaces include one bathroom, kitchen and large living room.

You’ll be sharing the flat with me and my 10 month old cat. I’m a 34 y. o female professional working in construction. I work from the office but also spend a couple of days working from home. I am looking for someone likeminded who enjoys a chat and occasional beer at the pub but appreciates privacy and will look after the flat with care.
