Double bedroom in spacious flat with 2 existing housemates. One housemate is the owner of the flat.

Flat consists of 2 large bathrooms (shower in both and bath in one), a large open plan kitchen / dinning / living room, 3 bedrooms and large patio garden. There is a combined washing machine / tumble dryer and dishwasher. Flat is fully furnished and stocked with plates / cutlery / kitchen ware etc. On street parking possible and visible from kitchen window.

Bedroom for rent consists of a wardrobe, chest of drawers and double bed. Room can fit a large desk and chair.

Housemates are 2 females, one works from home all week and the other works from home on Monday and Friday from desk set ups in our rooms to keep the communal living area a place to unwind and relax away from work. Neither of us have pets but we both love animals and come from families with pets which may be round at times. We are both extremely sociable and looking forward to becoming friends with whoever moves in.


All bills included in monthly rent which also covers a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks for the communal areas / bathrooms.
