Looking for a female student or professional preferably to takeover my tenancy (late July 2024 until the end of March 2025) as I am moving countries. You will be living with 3 24 year old females who work in the City and Shoreditch.

Transport: Surrey Quays Overground (5 mins walk), Canada Water Underground and Overground Station (5-10 mins walk), Uber Boat Station (10 mins walk). Also great bus services. Both night buses and night tubes.

Lots of green space The house backs onto Greenland Dock and is surrounded by lots of green spaces, including Southwark Park and Stave Hill Ecological Park.

Surrey Quays Shopping Centre and Canada Water Retail Park all within 5 mins walk. Amenities include big Tesco, LIDL, cinema, bowling, Decathlon, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and beauty shops. Multiple pubs within a 5-10 min walk.
