We are 3 girls from Slovakia and Czech Republic (two freshly out of uni and one part-time masters), looking for a fourth person (ideally a girl in her twenties - student/working professional) to move into our 4th room in a shared house.
It's an attached, 2 floors, 4-bed house in Surrey Quays, SE8.
We've got a kitchen, living room and one rest room (toilet only) on the ground floor. Small, cute back garden as well!
Two rooms on the first floor (already occupied) and two rooms and a bathroom (shower unit and a bathtub) on the second floor.
The full price of the rent is 2900£/pcm, we are splitting it according to square footage, so this room will be somewhere between 650£-725£.
Bills all together are ca 100£/pcm (inc. council tax - band C (Lewisham), gas, water, electricity and hyperoptic WiFi).
Our landlord is really great, flexible and reliable!
Official move in date/contract start date is 16th of July (but it can be lightly flexible).
