Located on the top floor, this room is bright, spacious and features a double bed, wardrobe, shelves, desk and chair and a gorgeous Juliet balcony letting in loads of natural light ☀️ Shared bathroom with bath and overhead shower (shared between 3 as one room in the flat has an ensuite). There is also a huge open-plan kitchen-living space with access to a patio (great for bringing a bike into the house easily). Rent is £625 per month and bills (including council tax) come to an average of £125.

The flat is located within a gated community that requires a passcode to get in so is very safe and feels calm and quiet. It's a lovely green, leafy area with so many transport links so it's easy to get around. The Surrey Quays Overground station is just a 7-minute walk away, Canada Water for the jubilee line 15 minutes away, and there are two bus stops right outside our street including the night bus.

For shops there is a huge Lidl practically opposite the flat, tesco and co-op 5 minutes walk as well as a tesco superstore in Surrey Quays shopping centre just 10 minutes walk away.

This is a LGBTQ+ woman-only house so you will be living with three other girls, all professionals, who are always happy to chat (but also understand if you want some alone time) and love watching movies and drinking wine on nights in. They're all really considerate and leave the flat nicely clean and tidy, so someone who would do the same is ideal. One flatmate also has a gorgeous cat named Zarina (pictured on last slide) 😻 We unfortunately cannot accept any more pets as Zarina doesn't do well with other animals.
