I am Julia. I am current housemate of this beautiful house, however I am sadly moving out due to changing job. I have lived here for 2 years.

The room is an en-suite, it comes with its own shower! The room is available from 14th of August to 8th of September, for a short-term let.
Rent is £38.5 per day, or £250 per week.
We want someone friendly, clean and respectful.

The house is 10 minutes walk from surrey quays station, and it’s near Goldsmith university.
20 minutes to Canada water station: Jubilee line and overground.
It’s 15 minutes walk to Big tesco and surrey quays shopping mall. It’s also 15 minutes walk to Southwark park.
It’s only a 5 minutes from Lidl!
