Big Room in Surrey Quays to rent

Hey! We are looking for friendly and clean professional to join us in our flat in Surrey quays. We have a very nice environment here and we really want to keep it as is!
Flat is 9 min walk to Surrey Quays (Overground), 18 min walk to Canada Water station (Jubilee Line and Overground), and 20min walk to Deptford station. We are also right next to Deptford Park which is great for walks/running or hanging out with friends in the sun. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, the location is very convenient.

About us:
Mike (31) works in TV industry and enjoys making little videos and training with his LGBTQ+ boxing club. He also enjoys going out to watch films and have pints with friends.

Julia (28) is a motion designer from Brazil. She enjoys creating her own animations at home but also hanging out with friends.

Sadly, our amazing housemate Carmen is leaving us for sunny Spain 🇪🇸
The room is very spacious with lots of daylight. We also have a cosy bright living room and kitchen, 1 bathroom and a small toilet.

Room comes almost unfurnished tho, the bed frame and mattress are staying but you’ll need to add you own things to it.

Bills not included - these are currently £100 but may change because we are updating some contracts at the moment
It is a 12 month contract with 6 month break clause, so no short terms!
