Nice room to rent over Greenland dock

I'm leaving my room after almost 4 years living here, so I'm looking for a new flatmate to replace me.
The flat is very well located, with a view on Greenland dock from the living room and your room. You are 10 mins away from Surrey Quays (Overground), and 15 minutes away form Canada Water (Overground and Jubilee), with a few bus connections as well. Surrey Quays shopping Center is 10 minutes away, with a huge tesco, and a lot of other shops and activities.

The flat is a on the 2nd floor, with no elevator. Your room will be on the the ground floor of the flat. Downstairs, you also have the living room / kitchen, a small toilet cabinet the washing machine and dryer, and two other rooms. There is a large living room and kitchen you can use, with everything needed to cook.
Upstairs, you have 3 other rooms, as well as 2 bathrooms, with toilet, a sink and a bath tub in each bathroom.
The room is furnished, with a double bed, a wardrobe, a bed table and a chest of drawers. You also have a small balcony available from your room only.

The flat is shared with 5 other flatmates, 4 males and 1 female. They are all very nice and enjoy a little chat when you are in the same room. They are all working professionals, between 25 and 35 years old. We would prefer to have another woman to replace me, to keep a balance in the flat.

The room is at 647.4 GBP for August and 667 GBP from September. Internet is included, but not the other bills. Bills are usually around 70 GBP per month (water, electricity and council tax band F)
