Riverside Double Room

Double room with great views available to rent in my flat from January onwards.

The flat is spread over three floors. Living room & kitchen on the first floor, shared bathroom on the second floor, 2 bedrooms on the third floor so great if you want a bit of privacy. The views are awesome looking over Greenwich and SE London from the living room and the city, Canary Wharf and west London from the bedroom. The building has 24hr concierge so safety isn’t an issue. There are 2 lifts and a lockable bike shed if you cycle.

The bedroom comes with a double bed & mattress, bedside tables and a wardrobe. I’m super flexible if you have any specific requests with furniture! The rest of the flat is fully furnished.

It is situated between Surrey Quays, Canada Water and Deptford station, all around a 20minute walk or the 199 bus runs directly to the flat/station 24hours a day. Lots of nice local coffee shops, pubs, restaurants, parks and open spaces nearby.

You’d be living with myself. I work in the music industry and run an agency so a bonus if you’re into music. I like to stay active whether it’s an evening run, gym or game of tennis. Always up for a drink, socialising and having fun but prefer for the flat to be a fairly chilled, tidy space in general.
