It's a great location in terms of commute ( Surrey quay station 3 min walk and Canada
Water Station 8 min walk ). The Surrey Quays shopping mall is a 5 minute walk which has a Tesco Extra for shopping. There is a Sainsburys local outside Canada Water station.

20 minute walk to London Bridge and easy access to Central.

Happy to give it at £700 per month with bills included. If you want all bills excluded it will be £650 per month.
