I'm looking for somebody who would like to live in Surrey Quays with me. You will need to apply through ea2 real-estate as this is not a sublet and you will be given a tenancy contract.
The apartment is on the first floor (above ground floor) has a small balcony, two bedrooms one with an ensuite which I currently pay 1200 for and another smaller room suitable for a single person which my current flat mate pays 1010 for, both are available and prices are negotiable between you and I.
The property is in zone two with Surrey Quays clipper boat stop less than a minute walk away, bus to Victoria five minutes walk and overground/underground stations less than a mile walk.
Tesco extra is less than a mile as well as Sainsbury's, Lidl and a Tesco express, Nisa and other offlicense/small pubs within 5minutes walk.
The area is quiet and very pedestrianised, the apartment overlooks the dock with views of houseboats. I do not own a vehicle but there is an underground lock up car park space which could also be used as storage.
I do not work from home but you are welcome to, pets are considered. Viewing are available now message me and we can arrange a time.
New tenant must be approved by 20th of August after that time I will need to declare my intent to move out.
