Double Bedroom with Amazing City and River Views!

I’m currently looking for a clean female housemate to move into this gorgeous 2 bedroom multi-level apartment with me.

The apartment is very spacious with lots of storage space available. It benefits from being fully furnished and is in a safe location directly on the river front opposite Canary Wharf. We have a 24 hour concierge that collects our packages which is a great bonus!

You’ll have a spacious double bedroom to yourself and we share a communal living/dining space, modern kitchen and bathroom.

The kitchen benefits from plenty of storage space, 2 full shelves in the fridge, a dishwasher, modern electric hob and oven. The bathroom has a bath/shower set up and features modern appliances all through.

We also have a washer/dryer in the airing cupboard.

Your bedroom is fully furnished and benefits from a super large Pax wardrobe - so if you’re anything like me and have a lot of clothes, then this is really handy! There is currently an extra wardrobe in there that will be removed before you move in - giving you extra space!

A little bit about me, I’m currently working in buying and merchandising for a major sports company and work from home 3 days a week. Whilst my interest in sports has grown since joining this company, I’m a fashion and arts girlie at heart 🥹. I’m a social butterfly so am up for hanging out over a glass of wine/prosecco and watching tv/ having dinner/ having interesting discussions together sometimes. I’m very clean and considerate of the communal spaces (ideally you will also hold these values). I LOVE to cook and sometimes cook for my current housemate too. I love music, theatre and art gallery visits so if that’s something you’re interested in too that’s great!

The rent is £887.50 a month presently, the deposit is £1,096.15 (SpareRoom systems won’t allow me to put the correct figure in!) also, we have paid an excess for the year (around £375 for you by the move in date - around £1471.15 total deposit) so that the monthly rent is cheaper in the long run. The water bill is included in the rent, so we only pay for the council tax, electricity and internet/TV. All of the bills add up to around £190 a month at present. The electricity may cause this to be slightly higher in the winter but I have gone and frozen the rates at summer prices for a full year so the price should stay fairly low.
