Double Room with private bathroom in Canada Water

Lovely double room available in a 2 bedroom flat located right on the dock lands with views over the Thames and Canary Wharf. I am looking for a new flatmate as my current one is moving out in August.

The room is a decent size enough to fit a medium desk and you will have exclusive use to the main bathroom as I have my own in my room. The flat gets lots of natural light and is nice and warm in the winter. There is also bike storage under the building and a parking space.

15 minute walk from Surrey Quays Overground station.
20 minute walk from Canada Water Jubilee Line.

I work full time as a software engineer primarily working from home so I'd be looking for people who work standard hours away from the flat. I enjoy a variety of hobbies including film photography, playing guitar, hanging out with friends, attending live gigs and gaming.

I prefer a balance between quiet nights in, and couple of nights out with friends. I am pretty easy going and although I enjoy socialising, I equally like to be in my own space as well.

Bills are around £200-250 each per month but may fluctuate depending on the time of year.

References will be required as the place is rented through an agency.
