Double room in all girl Surrey quays house

Hi!
We're three girls living in Surrey Quays looking for another girl to join us. We're aged 25-28 with two of us working in creative/music spaces and one working in tech.
Looking for someone who can clean (after yourself regularly and can follow the cleaning rota), who is considerate and kind

The room is a good sized double room - it is furnished with a desk& chair, double bed, wardrobe and there's also a large built in closet. The landlord is chill, so you're free to swap any furniture (we have gotten rid of most of the original furniture from the house). The bookcase and side table will not be left in the room

The three of us do socialise together, inside and outside of the house and have several overlapping interests, but we're also quite busy independently! We can often be found, to give a few examples, at the pub, at yoga/pilates, theatre, a lot of gigs, chatting Infront of the TV, and on a night out !
We have no expectations from a new flatmate other than being tidy and friendly, but we are up for socialising if you are

-6 minute walk to Surrey quays station (overground)
- less than 15 min walk to Canada Water (jubilee and overground)
- less than 15 mins walk to south bermondsey station (southern rail)
- you'll be signing on to a 6 month contract that starts march 2025 We've been here for several years so expecting this to be renewed again in September
- we want to give our agency a name for referencing by mid feb

this is a four bedroom split level flat, on the ground floor so access from the street. theres an open plan kitchen and living room. kitchen fittings are all modern, theres a sofa, dining table and tv etc

this room is upstairs, where two other bedrooms are, with the bathroom and toilet. theres a front and back garden, both full patio.

The contract starts on the 18th of March, but the move in date will be around 1st March
