- The house is made up of 5 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and living room and a small garden.
- The room to rent comes with a double bed, desk and chair, wardrobe, mirror and a chest of drawers.

*Heating is included in rent - bills separately are roughly £50 a month*

- The household is solely made up of lovely full-time healthcare students entering their final year, studying in central London (day and night shift working patterns to be considerate of).
- We are very friendly, love to socialise together; whether that's with a game night, going out for a drink at the pub or a cosy night in watching a movie, you'll be very welcome to join!
- we aim for communal areas to be clean and welcoming for others in the house to use.

- The house is situated directly next to Southwark Park in Zone 2 borderline Zone 1 (so still nice and central).
- The property is a 5-10 minute walk from Surrey Quays Overground and a 10-15 minute walk from Canada Water Bus Station and Underground.
- Local bus routes include No. 1 (N1), No. 381, No. 47, No. 188 all to and from Central London.
- The house is also only a 5-10 minute walk from Surrey Quays Shopping Centre (includes a big Tesco).
- 10-minute walk from Lidl and Mc Donalds.
