Double room w/ own bathroom in Surrey Quays

Sadly, our lovely flatmate is moving out, so we’re looking for someone new to join us in our spacious 3 bed, 3 bath apartment in Surrey Quays. The double room available is bright and airy, with morning sunlight streaming through, and it comes furnished with a double bed (with underbed storage), a closet, and a chest of drawers. The room has direct access to the joint balcony, making it a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee. While the bathroom is located upstairs within the flat, you'll have it just to yourself.

The Flat:
- Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, and washing machine. We currently don’t have a dryer, but we’re happy to split the cost with the new flatmate if needed.
- The living room is spacious, filled with natural light, and features a TV and Chromecast for communal use.
- The flat is spread over two levels, offering plenty of space for everyone.

The Area:
- The neighborhood is safe with some nice pubs and restaurants nearby.
- Surrey Quays Overground station is a 13-minute walk, and Canada Water Tube station is a 16-minute walk.
- Tesco Extra is also just 13 minutes away.
- There's a bus stop directly opposite the flat that takes you into central London in 20-30 minutes.

About Us:
We’re working professionals with our own schedules, but we enjoy occasional flat dinners and socializing when possible. We’re looking for someone who is clean (super important!), friendly, and a responsible adult. Ideally, you’re a working professional too—if you're a student we're happy to discuss council tax arrangements. Bills about 100 - 120 GBP per person.

Start date is 3rd Oct, with viewings to be scheduled for the first week of September.
