Looking for someone to rent my room in a flat to share with Jamie (26 Male) and Rich (29 Male). Jamie works in social media and Rich works in Finance.
We’re looking for someone to take the room in October as one of the lads is moving out.
The room has an ensuite, with both a shower and bath. With a brilliant view across the whole of London. It has an in-built wardrobe with two other large storage rooms in the flat.
The windows are Juliet so you can open them up in the summer for a lovely breeze. The Living room has balcony access, and we’ve got a big kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and lots of storage. The building has free amenities such as a 24hr concierge, gym and bike shed.
The flat is really close to Surrey Quays (Overground) and Canada Water (Jubilee and Overground) with great bus connections to both South and North London. We also have a large Tescos, and Aldi but also have Tesco Express and Coop just outside. The flat is in Council Tax band E.
