Room in 3 Floor Townhouse on Greenland Dock

Room in a beautiful 3 floor townhouse 10 minutes walk from Overground (Surrey Quays) and 10 minutes from underground (Canada Water).

Our house has a garage, parking available, 5 minute walk from the park, 5 minutes from the cinema, 10 minutes from Tesco Extra, across from a pub, across from a gym, and sits on the water at Greenland Dock!

The room available is on the 2nd floor along with the livingroom (with balcony) and a bathroom — the other two bedrooms are on the third floor. Kitchen is on the main floor with walkout to the garden. House has 2 bathrooms total.

There are 2 current flatmates (one male one female) who are friends and are really nice! We work as a photographer and a magazine editor and have related interests like art, fashion, etc. We love to have dinner/drinks together and hang out, but we also work a lot so there's a nice balance. We also have a tiny semi-hairless cat!

The house is furnished, and the room available is unfurnished. Our old flatmate left his mattress if you'd like it. We're always down for more furniture if you want to bring some along, since we're slowly furnishing the place ourselves.
