Newly decorated double bed

I have a double room for rent in the newly decorated one bed flat, no living room.
The flat has been recently refurbished, repainted and new flooring put in place. There is a new fridge freezer, washing machine and a microwave in the kitchen. All the cutlery and pots are also new - you're welcome to use them as long as you take care and look after them as if they were yours.
The room has a new double bed & mattress.
As my job is very demanding I like to keep peace and quiet in the flat, no loud music or door slamming especially at night. I'm looking for people who are tidy, clean after themselves and are respectful.
