Double room in friendly flat share - Surrey Quays

Double room in friendly flat share, in a gated modern development. :)

Current flatmates all very welcoming and sociable, we've have been living here for over a year. Reason for letting out room is because roommate will be moving abroad.

Flatmates:
Claire - 26, very smiley, works in an art gallery
Dom - 26, works at a social media company
Tareq - 26, working in business

We are looking for someone to replace his name on the contract with the letting agent. It would be a 12 month contract with a 6 month break clause.

The flat has an large open plan kitchen and living room. It's fully furnished and has a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

Thr room is also fully furnished with double bed, bedside cabinet, desk, and wardrobe.

The bathroom would be shared with only 1 person.

Transport links are good - 10min walk to Surrey Quays station (overground) or bus right outside flat which is a 5-10min bus journey to Canada Water station (underground).

Choice of gyms and supermarkets nearby (Tesco and Co-Op within a couple minutes of flat).
