HI you gorgeous lot, were looking for a queer to come join our home in our gorgeous SE8 house from a flexible date in October or latest Nov 1st
THE HOUSE- The house is a 3 level semi detached with a huge living space on the top floor, has lots of storage points dotted about, the front is on a quiet side road and the back connects to a gated housing court, perfect for parking cars or bikes. It's super convenient for travel with a 199bus right at the end of the road or a short walk to Canada water/Surrey quays stations. With depford not far on the other side.
There is a HUGE shopping centre near with everything we've ever possibly needed, and other big supermarkets only a walk away.
The living space is a big studio stlye loft on the 2nd floor with kitchen and living room as one, is extremely gorg day and night with large windows and a Juliette balcony.
The house has central heating and a great boiler that gives hot water all day round, AND a washer and dryer!
THE ROOM- A front east facing room, meaning it's get beautiful sun in the day, looking down onto the quiet side-road. It's on the first floor up a flight of stairs, so not very accessible unfortunately.
Its a large space, with more then enough room for a double bed, wardrobe, desk, TV etc etc and better yet comes with an ensuite with a FULL BATH.
THE QUEERS- We are 3 queer cis men (aged 27, 30 & 34) All working in creative fields, design, entertainment and performance.
Were very friendly talkative sissies who like to watch TV, play video games, cook and get creative at a daily basis.
We have plenty of socail time but respect each of our privacys and work/sleep schedules too. But with such a large house if you want me time it's very easy to get.
The walls are a little on the thin side, but so far we've been respectful of work/sleep schedules and we've had little bother from it.
YOU- were looking for 30+ professional, who’s very clean and respectful. We are really just looking for a fun mature balanced type of housemate.
BILLS- comes roughly to £100-£200 pcm
DEPOSIT/ADMIN- The deposit is £800 and is paid into a deposit protective account, there is a credit check, proof of income, with proof of address/ID and references necessary for the estate agent. Benefits may be accepted as long as they cover the rent and bills but may require a UK based guarantor.
The tenancy is a 12 month contract but if for any reason you wished to leave you would need only help us replace you with a months notice for admin, no agent fees for coming or going.
ACCESSIBILITY- the house is a 3 level split with the available room on the 1st floor via a large flight of stairs(18 steps) and the living area on 2nd floor up another flight of stairs (14 steps)
Front door is on a side road with no step in, back door from a code gated parking court with also no step in.
