We’re looking for two people who would like to move into a 3 bedroom flat in Canada Water area.
£1,050 / month (bills not included)
Due to work, my housemate and I need to move out.
We are looking for two individuals (currently employed) to take over our contract (end of October 2024 until end of June 2025)
The flat is a lovely duplex in the residential area of Canada Water. Both Surrey Quays (Overground) and Canada Water Station (Overground and Jubilee Line) are within walking distance.
The house is modern, big and spacious.

Gym and 24h concierge included.
Tesco express and co-op around the corner
Liddl and tesco extra within 10 minutes.
Bills are cheap and you will get free WiFi
We have had a lovely time in this house and we’re sad about moving out but no choice because we have changed jobs.
