The property is located at iceland wharf, plough way, se16 7ab. The flat is in the first floor with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom. The listed room has it's ensuite bathroom. Other two flatmates share the other bathroom.

The room is extra large and has a double bed, large wardrobe, a sofa that turns into an extra double bed, and a bookshelf. Room has french windows so it is very bright. Also comes with blackout curtains for summer.

The kitchen has fridge, freezer, washing machine and storage cupboards. There is also car parking available for residents.

The flat is located in a nice and convenient area. Its 1 minute walk to bus stop, 5-10 minutes to Surrey quays station, 10-15 minutes walk to Canada Water Station. Surrey Quays Uber boat station is 5 minutes away.

20 minutes to London Bridge, 15-20 minutes to Greenwich, 10-20 minutes to Canary Wharf.
