I’m subletting my room from the 13th of December 2025 to the 13th of January 2026. Both dates can be flexible
The flat is in Surrey Quays, an 8-minute walk to Surrey Quays station and a 14-minute walk to Canada Water Station. It’s a 2-floor flat with 3 rooms, one bathroom and an extra toilet. You will live with my 2 flatmates. One is a super nice artist from Brazil, and the other one is a very nice British PhD student and teacher, both are clean and tidy
The rent is £640 all bills included, including cleaning products and toilet paper! And I'll leave my screen so you can use it for work or watching films.
The only extra cost will be £12 every 2 weeks for the cleaner, who cleans the common areas.
Normally, we work at our workplace and two days from home, and it's a live out landlord flat.
It is an area with many walk-distance parks and supermarkets, very well-connected. Do not hesitate to send me an sms or an email if you want to visit the flat.
