I’m subletting my room from the 22nd of December 2025 to the 17th of January 2026. Both dates are flexible (short lets considered, minimum stay 1 week).
The flat is an 8-minute walk to Surrey Quays Station and a 14-minute walk to Canada Water Station. It’s a 2-floor flat with 3 rooms, one bathroom and an extra toilet. You will live with my 2 flatmates. Bruna is a super nice artist from Brazil, and Annabel is also a very nice British PhD student and teacher; both are clean and tidy
The rent is £167 per week all bills included, including a cleaner who comes every two weeks, cleaning products and toilet paper! Also, I'll leave my screen so you can use it for work or watching films.
Normally, we work at our workplace and two days from home, and it's a live-out landlord flat.
It is an area with many walk-distance parks and supermarkets, and is very well-connected. Do not hesitate to send me a WhatsApp or a text via Spareroom if you want to visit the flat.
