Double room for rent in Surrey Quays

Hi! I’m moving to a new flat in the new year and am looking for someone to fill my contract, which goes up until the end of May 2025. The agent is very flexible and I imagine you could have a monthly rolling contract following that if you want to stay, or sign your own 6 month contract from May onwards. I’ve been living here since September 2023 and I have really loved it. I am only moving out because I have found a flat with some family friends that is very near to here. It’s a ground floor two storey flat. My bedroom is very spacious. There’s a large kitchen, downstairs toilet and upstairs toilet (all shared). I have included some photos of the entrance / kitchen as well as the bedroom.
