Bright and spacious room | Surrey Quays

A lovely bright and spacious room with a good storage space available for long-term rent. The house has a total of 3 bedroom and is located close to both Surrey Quays station (3 min walk) and Canada Water station (10 min walk).

Our house is split over two level with kitchen and the room advertised on the ground floor and two more rooms and a shared bathroom on the first floor. The advertised room is the biggest in the house and comes furnished with a double-size bed, a big wardrobe, chest of drawers, an office desk and chair. The room is very warm, bright and gets a lot of sunshine.

My flatmate and I are in our early 30s, working professionals. My flatmate works in the office 5 days a week and barely spends any time home. I work from home most days. We sometimes get together and chat in the kitchen while drinking tea but mostly just mind our own business. We don’t have any weird rules just whatever is within the common sense :)

Our house benefits from great neighborhood - there’s Southwark park (3 min walking), lakes (10 min walking), Surrey Quays shopping mall with Tesco Extra (the huge one). There’s also Lidl in close proximity.
