The room:
Truly such a great room with privacy away from an already quiet street and view of the Shard. The room is on the top floor shared with another quiet and amazing house mate. The bathroom on the top floor is private to you and is larger than the en-suite bathrooms.

The room is furnished with all new furniture: double bed, mattress, wardrobe, bedside table, and a large chest of drawers.

It also has additional storage in some roof space access within the bedroom. You can fit suitcases and boxes etc.

The house:
Newly renovated Victorian 7-bed house. We are the only people to rent in there since it being renovated a few months ago.

Dishwasher, washer, dryer, two fridges and freezers, loads of kitchen space, a large garden for hosting friends, and a shared living room with a tv and Netflix.

Bi-weekly cleaner (included in your rent). And on top of that, we are always keeping it clean. Even the cleaners tell us we have the cleanest house.

Location:
Right across from the park. 10-15 minute walk to Surrey Quays station and less than 5 min walk to a bus stop. Lidl is a 5 min walk away. Plenty of great restaurants conveniently around the corner and up the road. Perfect spot!

Housemates:
They are such fun and warm people. You will have a great time with them.
