Creative sublet end of may - end of august

I am leaving my beloved waterside household on 20th may and need someone to sublet until the end of august.
It is in Surrey Quays, overlooking the water with a sunrise and sunset view. Located 10 minutes from Canada Water and Surrey Quays station, so easy access to either jubilee online or overground/ wind rush line.
Rent is £745 per month PLUS BILLS which are usually around £50 but can fluctuate.
It is a very communal, social and creative household. Half students, half professionals. We love cooking together, raving together, and enjoying downtime in the beautiful open kitchen and living room space.
Art and fashion students, filmmakers and consultants!
I can be flexible of around one week later on the start date.
You can see all my decorations in the photo of the bedroom, all of that will be taken down and you can make the room your own. All that will be in there is furniture. 2 housemates are smokers.
