My housemate is moving out to work abroad so I’m looking for a new housemate for 13 month term.
If happy, we will need to get your referencing etc done through the estate agents late April, early May ASAP.
I’m super laid back and keep to myself. Very respectful of shower timings and not stomping around the flat. I’m usually out of the flat most of the day due to work and usually out at various concerts in the evening!
