So sad to be moving out, but we now have a room available in a nice friendly house in Surrey quays! (Option to move in late November)
It is a three-bed, three-floor home with a lounge room, kitchen, bathroom (sharing with 1 other), and private outdoor courtyard.
The available room is on the second floor, where you would be sharing a bathroom with just one of the other housemates as the 3rd has an ensuite. It has a big built-in wardrobe, and get’s lot’s of lovely natural light during the day!
The other housemates:
Lewis (28M, principal fibre engineer) & Charlie (26M, accountant). We all love to hang out, go to the pub, have picnics and go to music events together so if you’re looking for a friendly household this is it! Saying that you can also completely do your own thing.
The area:
We are only a couple mins walk away from Surrey Quays docks which is a really nice area to walk around or a good place to go for a run. We're right next to the Thames which offers a really stunning view of Canary Wharf, especially at night!
The area has a lot to offer, with many smaller grocers/cafes/gyms (closest being opposite our house)/off licenses & a dry cleaners all within 5mins of the house. There's a big Tesco Express located in Surrey Quays shopping centre by Surrey Quays station.
Bills: £114.50 a month which includes internet, gas, electricity and council tax

Canada Water (Jubilee) – 20 min walk
199 night bus – 20 seconds away
