I’m moving back to Australia so this bright and spacious double room in Surrey Quays is available for £1000month + £90 bills. (Bills become less during summer period)

This is a 6 bedroom house spread across 4 levels so you’d have the top floor to yourself with your own balcony and living with 5 other lovely housemates aged 24-31 (3 Aussies, 1 Canadian and a Brit) who are single and work full time.
Everyone gets along very well and enjoys a laugh/wine together but still equally respects each other’s space and personal lives.

The room comes furnished with the bed, drawers, side tables, shelf, mirror and balcony furniture. It has a large built in wardrobe and lots of storage!

Southwark Park close by and the docks to walk around makes it a lovely area to live in.

- Tesco Express - 5 min
- Tesco Extra/SQ shopping centre - 13 min

The room is available from June 17th taking over the remainder of my lease till October 17th with the option to renew another year if you want to stay. Current housemate has lived here for 2 years with no rent increase.
