We have a beautiful, roomy double bedroom in a modern 3-bed-2-bath flat available from 23rd June 2025. The room is fully furnished with a bed, mattress, 2 wardrobes, desk, chair, and side tables. You will be sharing a sizeable bathroom with a flatmate. The house also comes fully furnished and equipped with a washer/dryer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, full-sized fridge. It has a gorgeous common open-plan kitchen and living room!

You will be sharing the flat with 2 female tenants who are from India. One of them has lived in this house for the past 2 years and the other for a few months now. They are welcoming, friendly, and warm people. They like to keep the place well-maintained. You’ll feel right at home while also having your own space. Both of them are professionals working in the design industry here in London. They occasionally like to host friends and family, and are very welcoming if you’d like to do the same. They regularly cook food from different cuisines and are happy with any food preferences of yours.

* the nearest station - Surrey Quays (Overground/Windrush line) - an 8-min walk away. Canada Water (Jubilee line) is a 13-min walk.
* There’s a 24-hour corner shop just minutes from the flat, and a shopping centre with Tesco Extra, pharmacies, and other shops also just 8 mins away.
* The Southwark Park is 3 mins away and gyms, cafes, libraries, etc around 15 mins.
* The flat is closely situated to Bermondsey, Elephant & Castle, Tower Bridge, Canary Wharf, and Greenwich areas.

The rent is £1230 pcm, inclusive of all bills - heating, WiFi, energy, water, council tax (Band E), and cleaner charges (we have a cleaner who comes in fortnightly. Her services were a non-negotiable part of our rental agreement).
