Lovely Ensuite in a Social House!

Hola!

We are looking for a fourth housemate (preferably a guy for balance but open to anyone cool!!) to move into a bright and spacious terrace house in Surrey Quays in mid-June. The three of us all met on SpareRoom two years ago, and it worked a treat, so we’re turning back to SpareRoom to find someone new.

Please read our blurb below, and tell us how you think you’ll fit in with our house!

Who we are (according to each other):

Fede (27): The coolest Italian you'll ever meet! She loves travelling, surfing, and is obsessed with pineapples. Always up for everything! She’s a civil servant and did a PhD in plants (but somehow none of her plants have survived???). Lately she’s been trying to do experiments with lettuces at home… we’re not sure how that’s going either. If you're lucky enough you'll hear her singing Romeo Santos in the showerrrr.

Elena (26): Works full-time in marketing for a tech company, dabbles in part-time crocheting. Will often be heard throughout the house swearing to herself in Spanish. Makes the best spanish tortillas in town, loves yoga, siestas during work :)

Al (27): Personalises cancer treatment plans for the NHS and saves lives. Always up for a chat and loves a game of odds. Works all day on finding treatments, but hasn’t found one to recover his hair. Almost completed a half marathon once, although he’ll maintain that he did in fact finish the run. Loves trying to convert people into playing and watching tennis, and he’ll happily tell you about the time he found himself in Thailand…

More details about the house:

The spare bedroom is an ensuite room upstairs, fully furnished with a double bed, desk, two wardrobes, a chest of drawers, and a full-length mirror. It’s super spacious and ideal if you work from home. The communal areas of the house include a large kitchen-diner, a living room at the front of the house, and a reasonable-sized garden (with palm trees!).

The house is a 5 min walk (if that) to Surrey Quays overground station, a 10-12 min walk to Canada Water underground station, and right beside a bus stop. It’s also right next to a massive Tesco and Lidl.

What we are like as a group:
We are all social people who enjoy spending time together going to the pub, having a bbq in the garden or procrastinating in the kitchen. However, we do all appreciate having our own space and time to ourselves. We are all laidback, trying to keep the house clean and make the house a comfortable space to live.
