My current flatmate is moving in with her partner at the end of June and I’m looking for someone to take over from her.
The flat comes with a big, modern kitchen and a huge terrace that has fantastic views of the river, Canary Wharf AND The City. When the weather allows, it’s fantastic for having friends over for BBQs or evenings to just have some wine and enjoy the sunset.
I’m looking for someone clean, active and sociable, bonus points if you love films and tv. I’ve got a whole home cinema setup — OLED TV, surround sound system, 4K Blu-ray player— and love throwing film/tv nights.
Transport links wise, it’s next to Greenland/Surrey Quays Pier for the Thames Clipper, but the Windrush Overground and Jubilee lines are a quick walk along the dock away. It’s also an easy 20-min cycle into the city.
The landlord is also great, any issues I’ve had he’s had them resolved in a matter of days if not hours sometimes.
The room is available from around 20th June, exact date is flexible. Furniture that comes with it is wardrobe, bed, chest of drawers and nightstand.

I work in the city, hybrid working. In the evenings, I unwind by cooking and watching films and tv and hope the person moving in would also share an interest in joining sometimes .
