Penthouse duplex flat on the river with terrace

I need a new lodger for medium to long term, as my current guy is moving away. Penthouse flat on the river with a lift. I have lived here since 2008 it's lovely with amazing views. These days I am typically in London just two nights every week (usually Tues and Weds for work for just somewhere to sleep) in the downstairs bedroom. Most of the time you get the whole penthouse flat to yourself and it's lovely. Bedroom with large tv on the wall, desk and big terrace onto river with outside table and lights, dining table and sofa downstairs, second reading window with the nice red chair overlooking the Thames to Canary wharf. Separate kitchen with new oven and marble bathroom off of the hallway. Can be furnished or unfinished. Flat recently decorated and has been airbnb'd in the past and gets fantastic reviews from people staying for the location and views.

15 minutes walk to Canada Water tube, the Uber boat Greenland Pier stop is literally outside the front door of the flat.
