I am a 47 year old professional with an 11 old boy who is starting secondary school in September.
We are looking for someone quiet, not into parties, to occupy the spare room, let that be the single en-suite or a double with two bathrooms available - but that is up for discussion if you wish to take the double room.
Monday - Friday only. If you wish to stay less than four nights a week
Single En-suite @ £800 per month / £200 per week, bills included
Double room @ £1000 per month / 250 per week, bills included
The flat is overlooking the Thames and has a marina on the other side. So, if you like water there is plenty around.
There are different and quite a few means of transportation around.
